The primary reserach took place across tier 1, 2 & 3 cities in North India and the last mile consumer in a rural area. Wholesalers and distributors of FMCG brands were identified in these areas and we interacted with them to understand the current ecosystem of their set-up.
We tried to identify how the primary mode of transport and payments changed across these areas including the advantages and limitations that each of the methods posed.
